A young Kate Moss was the face of the fragrance, captured by Mario Sorrenti in the iconic black and white advert filmed in the Virgin Islands. The international success of Obsession gave birth to many reinterpretations including Obsession Night and Obsessed.
Obsession was launched by Calvin Klein in 1985 and was followed by a very popular version for men in 1986.
