Here at Ogam, we mainly diffuse it for its therapeutic abilities in lifting the spirits and balancing out of our emotions. The fragrance of grapefruit oil is considered beneficial in lowering levels of stress in our daily lives. It can ease tension and uplift our emotions at the end of the day or week when needed most.
Antibacterial and antimicrobial properties make grapefruit a great alternative to toxic household sprays and cleansers. We use it in our multipurpose Mopz blend for all of the reasons above!
Should be treated as phototoxic, so avoid direct sunlight or sunbeds for at least 24 hours after use. May sometimes cause skin irritation so use in low dilutions (1%) when applying to the skin such as massage or bath oil.
